ABOUT US

Complete Nursing Services (CNS) provide qualified care staff. The key to our success has been forging excellent relationships with our customers and staff.

CNS was established in 2000 and has continued to grow since then. The company was founded by Claire Lockey (Director) and is managed by Jo Stevenson and Jenny Tivey.

Our aim is to provide a competitive, high quality service to meet the needs of the individual customers.

CNS has a strong emphasis on training and offers an extensive training programme, to ensure that our staff follow best practice. All carers must have enhanced CRB disclosure.

We place great value on our customer, by making every effort to accommodate their individual requirements and to provide a flexible environment to suit their needs.

MEET THE TEAM

Claire Lockey

Director

Claire is a qualified nurse and has a Business Degree from Derby University and a Medical Degree from Dundee University. She worked as a nurse in Derby and Nottingham then managed a nurse bank at Rotherham General Hospital. Claire was later promoted to Quality and Training Manager before starting CNS Ltd in January 2000.

Jo Stevenson

HR & Training Manager

Dealing with human resources and quality assurance. Jo has Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, HR Training and British Sign Language Level level one.

Lauren Richards

Office Administrator

Lauren has been with us since early 2020 and completes clerical and administrative tasks for the company
