- Support relating to personal hygiene
- Assistance with dietary requirements
- Management of urinary and bowel functions
- Social care needs assessment and ensuring personal safety
- Encouragement and assistance with cognitive functions
- Assistance with mobility and transfers including help with getting up and going to bed
- Promotion of independence and social functioning, anxiety and behaviour management
- Administration and monitoring of medication.
- Assistance in liaising with social services GP and other health care professionals pharmacies etc
Domestic Support
- Assistance with cleaning and housework
- Assistance with laundry and ironing
- Assistance with shopping
- Assistance with pet care

Social Support
- Listening and talking to people is regarded as an important part of delivering support.
- We can assist the customer to keep in touch with their friends and relatives
- Social activities medical or rehabilitation appointments i.e physio sessions etc.
- Assistance with all social activities
Finance
- Assistance with any financial needs
- We provide a collection service for payments and can support with personal budgets
Our care staff are carefully selected and recruited using stringent standards to ensure that the support workers we provide are competent, reliable and maintain the high standards that we set.
All staff must complete an intensive training / induction programme. All staff supplied have an enhanced disclosure (CRB).
